At Lammle's, we want you to be completely satisfied with your western wear and boots. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and place them back in the original shipping box or a sturdy equivalent.

• 2.
  Include Documentation

  Print and include your original order confirmation or the packing slip inside the box to ensure our team can identify and process your return quickly.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix a trackable shipping label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your preferred carrier; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
